Jarmo says this about himself:
Dogs have been in my life since childhood. I got into dog training and owner coaching a few years ago when I started studying at the Nordic Education Center for Dog Trainers, a school that trains positive trainers. From then on, I focused more on the behaviour of dogs and the main concern – aggression. I have completed the course “Agression in dogs for animal professionals” by British veterinarian and internationally renowned behaviour counsellor, Dr Amber Batson, and I draw heavily on her ideology when dealing with cases.
Apart from behavioural counselling, my major strengths are reading/interpreting dog body language, stress-related topics and the sport of driving dogs and related subjects. In addition, I am active in the Estonian Siberian Husky breed association and I am also involved in raw dog food.
The aim of canine behaviour counselling is to help dogs deal with behavioural problems and the consequences of trauma.
