Clinic rules of procedure
We want to provide patients with treatment in as peaceful and safe an environment as possible.
To make this possible, the rules below must be respected:
- Access to the clinic is by appointment only on 53073418 or 9000112 (€1.98/min).
- If you come to buy food and medicines, please call in advance to arrange a convenient time.
- Please come to the reception on the agreed date and time. You can enter the clinic up to 10 minutes before your appointment time.
- When you come to the clinic, please bring with you: your pet's document, your own identification document. Coming from another clinic, the results of previous tests and analyses.
- No appointments can be booked by e-mail. Consultations will not be carried out by e-mail.
- Arriving at the clinic unannounced does not guarantee admission.
- In the case of an emergency admission, the animal will be given the procedures it needs. If the animal is stable, further studies can then be carried out.
- The veterinarian is under no obligation to carry out tests during the emergency admission that do not affect the treatment of the critically ill animal.
- Any unauthorized photographing, filming, or audio recording is strictly prohibited inside the clinic. Clinic staff have the right to demand that anyone violating this rule stop recording immediately. In the event of non-compliance or a conflict, the clinic reserves the right to ask the individual to leave the premises or to call security/police to restore order.
When you come to the adoption centre , you should keep the dog on a lead and the cat in a cage. There may be other patients in the clinic waiting room.
The veterinarian has the right to refuse to serve an aggressive or unvaccinated animal!
